Please DO NOT come to the surgery with requests for repeat medication. Requests can be made by online Patient Access, submitting a request to a local pharmacy, or putting your request in our letterbox outside.
Please DO NOT come to the surgery to collect a prescription either. Please indicate with your request which chemist you use, and we would be happy to send it there for you to collect.
Patients on long-term medication can order repeat prescriptions in the following ways:
We no longer take prescription requests over the phone.
Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
If ordered after 13:00 please allow three working days instead of two.
Patients on repeat medication will have their notes reviewed at least once a year by a doctor.
Look at any messages on the right side of your prescription, which may include requests to make an appointment with a doctor or nurse.
